The app

DisplaySplit runs entirely on your PC. It has no account system, no analytics and no usage tracking, and it does not send information about you, your display or your windows anywhere.

Your licence key is checked on your own PC. The app keeps its settings and an activity log in your Windows user profile; both stay on your PC and are removed if you delete that folder.

Downloading

To download DisplaySplit we ask for your email address. We use it to send you the download link and occasional emails about DisplaySplit, such as offers and new versions. We store the address, when you signed up, the notice you were shown, and the country your request came from.

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect at once. We do not sell or share your address. [NAME THE EMAIL SERVICE USED TO SEND THESE MESSAGES.]

Buying a licence

Payments are handled by our payment provider, [PROVIDER NAME], which acts as the seller of record. They collect your name, email address, billing country and payment details in order to take payment, handle tax and send your receipt. We receive your name, email address and order number so we can issue your licence key and help you if you contact us.
